Changed my mind...though I love manicotti I think it's just what I was craving right then. My favorite of all time has to be chinese...just cheap americanized chinese takeout...nothing finer.

Fried catfish w/ white beans. Give me some sweet potatotes, biscuts, and sweet tea with that and I will be the happiest man on the planet.

Hard call between Thai tom yum, chiken satay, pho, bun cha go/thit/nem nuong, seafood risotto, dim sum, creole seafood gumbo, or chiles rellenos.

hmmm .... It is impossible to choose just one. I would get tired of anything if I ate it more then 4 or 5 times in a month. My favorite thing is probably variety.

I suppose some of my favorites are .....
King Crab Legs
Kona Crab
Dungeoness Crab
Egg Curry
Penang Curry (with Chicken ... mmmmm)
Kung Pao Chicken
Porterhouse Steak
Gumbo
Jambalaya
Pork ribs BBQ'd
Turkey Slow Roasted on the grill with Bacon and BBQ sauce on it ... mmmmmmm
Scallops
Shrimps
Cornish Hens
Rack of Lamb
Lamb Chops
Mongolian Beef
Cashew Chicken
Tandoori Chicken
Pork Chops
NY Strip Steak
Ribeye Steak
Filet Mignon
Double Cheeseburgers made with 1/3 pound top sirloin patties, using Reynolds Muenster Cheese, topped with pickles, mustard, lettuce, green peppers, onion, mushrooms, and bacon.

Could never acquire a taste for them. When I was a little kid they literally made me gag. I wasn't a picky eater, they were just one of those things. My mom tried to make me eat them at dinner one time and I couldn't do it and she snapped and flipped out and made me eat nothing but oatmeal for 3 days. To this day I hate oatmeal and sweet potatoes for that reason
