After reading the recent Android app recommendation threads, it seem that there are many differing opinions of which onscreen keyboard is the best. That means that none are obviously the best, and that it comes down to personal preference. So which keyboard do YOU prefer?
My favorite phone keyboard is Swiftkey. I love how it has fairly accurate predictions, but it gets out of your way if you want it too (unlike for example the iPhone keyboard). I understand many love Swype, but I can't get used to it- I am too used to typing things. Maybe if I forced myself to use it I would like it better.
My favorite tablet keyboard is the one from the Notion Ink Adam. It forces me to dig into sub-menus less than any other keyboard, plus it has useful arrow keys. Only thing it lacks is predictions, which is why I usually switch to the Swiftkey tablet beta keyboard if I plan to pound out a few paragraphs.
What about you?
