aircooled VW collectibles. Not a 'serious' collector, I just pick up stuff I stumble upon rather than hunt for items....
 
I used to collect all types of things. And still have a lot of what I used to collect

Sports Cards (Football, Baseball)
Comic Books
Comic Book Cards
MTG Cards
Coins
Currency of all types (around the world and older currency like silver certificates)

Now I still keep all my old Video games (NES, SNES). And I collect shot glasses from the places I visit.
 
Music. I own more than 1,200 CDs, all originals not burned copies. I collect the music itself, to listen to, so I don't care about owning limited or collectible versions of anything.

I also have about 900 of the CDs (so far) stored in lossless FLAC format on my music server PC.
 
Die cast military models as well as soldiers and equipment of the WWII era. In a sense you could say I collect military books too since I buy several to add to my personal library every month.
 
Not really a "collection", but later this spring I'll be planting 34+ different varieties of sunflowers that I've been collecting seeds of all winter.
