What is your brightness and contrast for your monitor?

I have a Sony E400 19", and my B is 43 and I set my contrast to 100.

What should I put it at, and what is yours!?

you're gonna prematurely "burn out" your monitor if you keep the contrast all the way up (well, not really, but you will make it fade early and not last quite as long). i usually keep contrast and brightness around 85-90

they usually come cranked up so they look good in the showrooms (same is true of tv's)
