Works fine for me. It's an internet hosting provider based in the Netherlands.

No but seriously, i wonder why a company would do this? I could understand if it was somebody's private homepage or a front for something else, which it may just be. But for a company to do this would be bizarre.

I've seen a lot of big companies screw up their webservers. Paramount Motion Pictures, for example, deleted their index page a couple of years back so you'd just get a splash screen for their hosting provider asking you to log in. Took them a week to fix it, even though all the subsidiary pages were still there.
