Looks like a graphics driver issue?
Using the latest correct ones for Win 7?


If you want people without accounts @ XS to be able to see your picture, you'll need to use a public image host.
 
Check the Device Manager and see what the Graphic card id configured to.

Dell now says it is a bad card so I have to send it in for repair. We will find out in a week as to what comes of it.
