Her name is Yukari Iwatani Kane, she works for the Wall Street Journal and is Apple's go-to person when it comes to controlled leaks. Here is an image I found of her

Here is a video of her being interviewed earlier this year (towards the bottom). She has a bunch of pock marks but they're right in the middle of her face.
