What is wrong with my 9550?

Methinks that you flashed your card, with a BIOS from another card, that contained different RAM and thus different memory-parameter timing/voltage data. Hope you saved a copy of your original BIOS somewhere. Try booting off of a different (PCI) video card, and then re-flashing that card.
 
I tried flashing it and still has the same thing....any other ideas? I tried going to Gigabyte's site for the original for sure BIOS butthey didnt have it.

just use the bios that you backed up....assuming you were smart enought to back it up before trying such a stunt.
