what is with this word "Clusterfvck "

I have seen people using this word on the internet and I know a few people who use it in real life. I dont like the word its really ugly. where did it come from and why are people using it now?
 
It's not a new word. I use it occasionally when I need to describe a situation that is so screwed up that other descriptions dont do them justice.

Example: skywalker66's social life is a real clusterfvck
 
It's been around forever and a day. I used it a lot when I was like 15. Now I only use it in relation to work related activities. It isn't a pretty word, and it isn't supposed to be.

I guess its just one of those situations where once someone mentions a word or uses it and I think about the word i start to notice it in other places where it probably existed before but i just disregarded.

The word is more funny than repulsive.

Clusterfsck means something is chaotic and disorganized and the people involved have no idea what they are doing or why they are there.

It's a hillariously perfect word for many situations we find ourselves in.
