I flipped the channel after about 3 seconds.
Lol. As a kid (shortly after the invention of the wheel), I used to follow NASCAR. But that was when (mid 1060's) the cars still bore at least a visual resemblance to their stock counterparts, so a Mercury looked like a Merrcury and a Plymouth looked like a Plymouth.
So, you could better root for your brand. Peeps had more "old school" brand loyalty, too.
Oh, yeah . . . Pontiac and Plymouth
were once proud American car brands. They had their own network of dealerships and
everything.
