What is with Officemax rebates lately?

I got one notice that I am missing documents for Turbotax which I purchased a Maxtor drive, and just got another for $5 for a Canon calculator which I did not purchase.

I really do not mind rebates, but Officemax seems to be at the bottom of the barrel. I know Cusa can suck too, but I have never had a problem with them yet.
 
They will pay out eventually, you just have to call them up and bitch at them for rejecting valid rebates, fire off an email to corporate as well.
