What is usually done in a 30K check up

I have a car that is just now at 30K miles. I have heard that I should have my car taken to the dealer for a 30K mile check up. What are things that are generally checked at 30K miles.

Things that I would assume are checked is break pads...but I couldn't think of anything else that I should be worried about this soon in the game (the tires have already been replaced and are fairly new).

they might want to check your coolant, maybe some joints like axles and cv joints and such, depends on the car actually.
i think the 30K is mainly a visual inspection.. if i can remember correctly from my checkup booklet.. but i am not sure at this current time. 😛

Usually transmission fluid is changed every 30k as well... Fuel filters and the 2nd replacement air filter on most models. Flushing the radiator might also take place...

Look in your owners manual. They should have a chart that details exactly what is to be done.
