What is up with this Seagate popup?????

Everytime I go to a new topic .... or go back .. one or two of these pop ups pops up .. its AGGRIVATING ... somone should fix that .. I hope they dont intend for it to work like that .. its just started ... but its already old .. ive had to X that window out atleast 15 times now ... enough is enough!!!
