What is up with police like this? *possibly unreliable - so nevermind*

I'm basing my comments on what alledgedly happened, and don't think all officers are like this.

Why are the police that did this not charged with a crime of some sort? Clearly, to protect and serve has lost it's meaning somewhat with some officers. IF, this story is true, I hope they sue them and win. Despicable.

This has to be one of the most insane arrests I've ever heard of. I can't speak for Baltimore law, but, most towns and cities have old blue laws (correct term?) that date back more than a 100 years ago in some instances that aren't really enforced because of the silliness in nature, but, maybe in this case it was? Who knows....
