Has anyone seen that?
O'Reilly was completly out of line, insulting em at least 3 times.
The lawyers wouldnt agree with him on some point, and it got him all riled up and he started being VERY rude to one of the lawyers (he told him to go study law books again...).

EDIT: about that caustic dick thing, my dad watches fox news alot and the thing was on the tube before i got there. PErsonally i don't liek anything from that channel, its gotta littel too much republican propaganda for me

O'Reilly doesn't understand that everyone in the crimminal justice system in the U.S.A. is given a right to a fair and speedy trial and a lawyer if you can't afford one. O'Reilly thinks that since there is a mountain of evidence that supports frying Mossoui that he shouldn't have a lawyer or a trail. Or he thinks that the lawyers have a duty to refuse to represent Mossoui.

That isn't very patriotic you know to not take the Constitution and the principles of the Revolution and Founding Fathers in stride. :D

How would you like this trial to be on your "resume" if you were his defense lawyers?

This case has gotten a lot of press. I've personally seen none of the evidence against him, so I can't judge. Even if somehow he gets off, he'll get shot.

I have not seen it. However, I would not say O'Reilly was out of line if all he did was get in a heated argument with a guest.

He frequently is confrontational with guests that have opposing views.

theres a big difference between heated debate and personal insults.

As for O'Reilly insulting guests, that's just the way he does his show. Don't like it, don't watch.

I completely agree but there is one problem with that. Since he was put in the U.S. Criminal Justice system in the U.S. he is given those rights. The U.S. should have had him disappear" on the way to the U.S. from France but they chose the bad way once again.
