What is uguru?

I'm about to put together a system. My motherboard choices are narrowed down to two. The Asus A7N8X or the Abit NF7-S. On one of the motherboard threads someone said to wait till the Abit AN7 arrives. Well, the AN7 has arrived and there is a computer show tommorrow in the Chicago area that I plan to attend. What is this "uguru" that Abit is trying to sell? I tried the Abit website and not much info on the technology. Does anybody have any experience with the AN7? Are there any websites that rate the motherboard against competitors of equal value? Just want some info before I make a purchase.

It's supposedly a helpful feature for tweaking or something, but in reality, people are saying to stay clear of the AN7. The NF7-S is much more mature and even has some more features than the AN7 (ie the NF7-S is stable and overclockable).
