The GeForce 9800 GT EE has lower specifications in every category than the Radeon HD 4670 so which one is truly better?

but all the specs on the 4670 are better how could the 9800 EE be better and get better frames per second

The card to compare the 9800GT EE to would be the HD 4830 or HD 4770. Especially since it's clocks have been lowered, it looks like this: HD 4770 > HD 4830 > 9800GT EE. In terms of powerconsumption, I expect the 9800GT EE to use roughly the same as the HD 4770, yet be lots faster.

You mean 4670, right? The 4770's faster than the 9800GT, in general.

Never mind you had the right logic. My bad.

Methinks he's looking for the fastest card he can get that doesn't require a 6-pin PCI-E connector. That would be the 9800GT EE.
