looks like motherboards with pci-e and agp or dual pci-e. Nothing to do with ATI video cards

Hmm you sure? The RX480 and the RS480 are ATI chipsets, and they also have the X300SE listed there.

By the way does anyone know anything (or any better websites) about this?

Yeah, those have an x300SE built into the chipset OR you can use the PCIe slot.

The others are mostly PCIe and AGP on the same board. All the implementations I've read about use the PCI bus for AGP in this case, but I suppose these could be different.

At least that's the way I read that list. I'm guessing you can't use both graphic interfaces at the same time like SLi. Though you may be able to use both for multi-monitor type applications.
