GMT.exe is Gatorware spyware. Download spybot and it should remove it. It will chew up a lot of your CPU and bandwidth.
Look at this site for a list of running processes and what they are in windows.

IF you have a question about what a file is, and easy thing to do is go to google.com and type in the file name and extention.

Also, I agree with mbackof. Get spybot and clean you pc.

there is another prog called "hijack this", you can likely just google to find it. I believe this one may be a bit better than sypbot, least thats what i have heard.

Hijack this is a "no install" prog, you just click on it and it opens, you click on scan and it scans your puter for adware, spyware, and other garbage. YOu do have to be a bit careful as it scans all processes, some that you do want running.

But, you can check the results of hijack this and look for those files that you mentioned.
You can also just cut and paste the results to a post here and we can help you with what you should remove.
I have used hijack this a few times and its helped me out.

By the way, how did you come up with just these file names?

You have to be careful recommending hijackthis.
Spybot & adaware are fine - practically fire and forget, and very user friendly, as long as you can get the user to update the definitions.

Hijack this, however, makes no judgements on what programs are, and can be very dangerous in the hands of an inexperienced computer user. Actually, it can be used with very little knowledge at all, if you can just search google for the files it brings to light, but still...
