Before I start, if this doesn't belong here feel free to lock or move it...
I was searching Craigslist for a GTX 1080 to see if I could avoid the price gouging around the internet. I need a video card for my new build, which includes an i5-8600k, 16GB 2800MHz DDR4, and other matching components.
I came across this gaming PC for sale, it is a SFF PC with some pretty decent components:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: Thermaltake - Water 3.0 Extreme S 99.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($83.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock - Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard ($143.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($184.99 @ Amazon)

Plus the case is an NCASE M1, which I think looks pretty cool...
I was thinking about buying this used PC and stick the GPU into my new build, maybe put my GTX 970 into the SSF build and use this small case as my HTPC.
The seller is asking $1300, but I could probably talk him down. What do you think it's worth?
Price checking is not allowed.
