what is this thing called and where do i buy it? (car related)

that little strip that dangles on the rear of the car that's supposed to prevent static when you touch the car door.

it's that time of the year where the humidity is low and the static is high :|
sick of getting shocked everytime i step out of my car.
what's it called? and where can i get one?

It's just a strip of rubber, made out of the same rubber and cord a tire is made out of.
Just go to a junk yard and cut a piece out of the side wall of a old tire.
