What is this scam? Now has content.

I received this mail today. Does anyone have any info as to what kind of scam this is? It is pretty obvious to me that it is a fake from some place I have never heard of.

Downloading of Movies, MP3s and Software is illegal and punishable by law.

We hereby inform you that your computer was scanned under the IP 195.35.177.77 . The
contents of your computer were confiscated as an evidence, and you will be indicated.
In the next days you will receive the charge in writing.
In the Reference code: #15497, are all files, that we found on your computer.

The sender address of this mail was masked, to protect us against mail bombs.

It's just spam. The IP address isn't even yours. They probably are looking for gullible people to respond so they can get a confirmed good email address to sell.
