The flowers more or less narrow it down to Echeveria. Aeoniums usually have large racemes denesly packed with lots and lots of yellow flowers. It's also *not* E. harmsii because it has red flowers. The thing with succulents is that how they are grown can totally change the way they look. Cultivated ones sometimes bear hardly any resemblence at all to wild specimens of the same species.

Ahh, alright, thanks a lot. That explains why I can't find an exact match anywhere. There are at least two or three types I found that it resembles. I guess it has to be one of them.

Check this out. The flowers look *very* close to yours, and the leaf in the background looks like it might be the same color. Unfortunately no specific name is given. If you care enough you might shoot him an email and ask if he knows.

Anybody know what these are? They're small succulents, and each of those little lobes will grow a new plant if it falls onto soil. I thought it was "hens and chickens" or whatever it's called (that's what my grandmother said), but it doesn't match the pictures I found of it.

Hrm?
its definitely some form of Aeonium.

Ok, I believe it is the Aeonium Haworthii.

does this look like your plant?

Wally, thanks... That flower does indeed look a lot like mine. Maybe I will email him. Hmm...

Iron, thanks for trying. Mine does not grow like that -- it stays close to the ground. No long stalks or branching. That thing is pretty, though.
