What is this part called?

Need to get a replacement part for a window (for the house, not car). It the arm that you turn so you open the windows. I think the gear inside of it is broken. What is that part of the window called? i am trying to get a cost for it.

a bunch of the cranks on our windows broke, they're fairly easy to do yourself. go to home depot and pick up the cranks there, they're not mind-numbingly expensive.
