Enable Write combining??? <-- What is that

I have a 9800pro and was wanting to turn off my fast writes but can not for some reason find that option to turn it off?
I have the Omega 3.9 drivers
so can someone point me in the right direction?

NO! so i take i should.
i have it installed but click on it and it doesnt come up
