What is this logic gate symbol?

As the topic says, I ran into this logic gate (in orange) recently. Does anyone know what logic operation does it represent?

That's what I was thinking, but that could easily be confused with an inversion, as would be the case if the circle was at the input of the NAND gate shared with the EN line.

Might want to cut and paste if the link doesn't work.

EDIT: I think Special K is right, it's supposed to be a SR latch and it looks like that part of the circuit is using a NAND as an invertor.
