What is this green stuff growing in my kitchen?

I waited too long to do some of the dishes.
It looked like a green mold in the cup, but when i held it under the faucett, it all flew out like green smoke.
I wonder how serious a helth threat it is.

Probably dried algae or green mildew(like the one you seen on bread).

not serious at all...being a college student i remember many a mold from my day...

just make sure to wash it with LOTS of hot water and soap.
