At random times I get an error screen from Windows XP to close the windows explorer and to send info. to microsoft...

The technical error reads...

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 014d2de5

Can anyone help me?!
