What is this connector i have coming from my PS?

I have the TTGI 450w PS, it came with this black cable that looks like a powerswtich that come with cases the 2 pin head...is that what it is b/c manual and the cable don't illustrate anything regarding that cable, if so should i plug that instead? or the power switch from the case?(i think the one from the case cause then the lights won't activate in the front or something right?

Are you talking about the 24 to 20 pin adapter, like this one?

There's a tiny 4 wire adapter for the 12v on newer MBs.
There's Sata connectors
There are two wire molex connectors mean for fan, that usually say Fan on them.
