I WISH DEATH TO WHOEVER DID THIS. I didn't sign up for anything either. I just used this card to purchase from gap.com and to use it to pay for citibank credit card.
This has to be illegal and I cannot believe they are getting away with it.

The good news is that they charged me for it three days ago and the charge finally showed up today with what it was for. Now I have to dispute this with my bank. It's a debit card so I hope they will refund me the money.
