What is this burning sensation?

My right shoulder blade...

Since Tuesday, my right shoulder blade has had this non-stop burning sensation, it also feels really weird when I move my arm around like when your mouth coming unnumb after being at the dentist for some work. There's nothing on back to suggest a cyst or anything nor does it actually hurt so I don't think I actually hurt it, its just highly annoying. I haven't taken any pain killers or anything either.

Is a pinched nerve possible even thought it doesn't hurt?

I recently dislocated my shoulder, and my wrist has felt weird and sensitive ever since.
