What is there to do in Hawaii?

ok so my mom, without consulting any of the rest of the family, bought some trial timeshare thing for 600 bucks (my heart resumed beating when she said she just did the trial). so we get to go on a vacation to hawaii this winter! well, i didn't really have a strong desire to go to hawaii, but the rest of the family seems okay with it so what the hell. anyways, is there anything to do there, other than sit on the beach and look at volcanos and hula dancers?

oh yea i am under 21, so no clubs.

I'm on Oahu though. It's the main island but iono if you're coming here. If you do, I can take you (not mommy or daddy, I don't think they'd condone some stuff.) around the island with a bunch of my friends.

Go out and buy a cheap underwater camera, you are going to need it

Go to Pearl city and visit a Korean bar Major wink, wink.

Visit the Arizona memorial in Pearl Harbor.

Visit the Hawaii Telescopes on Mauna Kea. <-------------- Very good.

If you have tons of money to spend there are lots of things to do in Hawaii. The trick is the $$$$$$$$. The locals will rip you off and take your shorts.

You don't wanna go to any bar in Pearl City. Iono when Roger was here, but there's no bar's out in PC that you'd wanna go to.

No bar's in PC are really ghetto. I won't go to any there (cus g/f said so, but even then ). It's really dirty down that side.

If you're the backpacking type, go to Kauai or the Big Island and you'll have a blast. If you like golf, you've just died and gone to heaven, albeit a very expensive heaven. What sucks is I've never been there, but I do a LOT of consulting work for an interactive web shop out there so I get to deal with all these sites featuring beautiful scenery every single day and know all about all the fun I'm missing out on. It can be very frustrating. I've got to get out there soon since I've dealt with enough clients that I shouldn't have to pay for accommodations at this point
