What is the defualt multiplier? 10? I am putting it a MSI K7T Turbo mobo with 266FSB as is the cpu.

"B" and "C" type Athlons have different multipliers:

"B" = 100MHz FSB w/multiplier of 10x
"C" = 133MHz FSB w/multiplier of 7.5x

CPU frequency = FSB x Multiplier.

1,000 G = 133 M x 7.5.

You should have a 2 GHz CPU is the FSB is 266. The FSB is determined by the clock generator on the motherboard and your jumper or BIOS setting.
