Tire changer for an NASCAR/IRL/race team. You have dodge around the car and hope you do not get run over. You have 6 seconds to do your job perfectly or the announcer will be showing replays of your screw up for the next five minutes. You team wins, you get paid more. Your car is in the back of the pack all of the time or your drive crashes, it sucks for your payday.

NFL center gets my vote. Not only do you have to block a 250+ lb nose tackle but you need to snap the ball. You have to do that each offensive play and if you screw it up, the consequences could be game losing.
