What is the warrany policy on Soltek mobos?

Hello,
after searching around I can't seem to find any warrany information on SOLTEK "SL-K8AN2E-GR or their other products. Does anyone know how long is the warranty period and who honors it?
Also, has anyone RMA'd this mobos and where?

Most warranty coverage on Solteks is through the distributer you purchased it from so give them a call or e-mail.

AFAIK, Newegg is the "official" US importer and warranty agent. Soltek did have a US office, but they folded their tent and went home... Info is at http://www.soltek.com.tw .
