What is the title of this new song?

It's a very peculiar song and it's on the radio recently. One of the voices singing sounds very low and he goes "I'm happy feelin sad...blah blah...not for long, the future..." That's all I got out of it I know somebody here knows what I'm rappin' bout YO.

It isn't too similar to Radiohead. In fact, it seems like a slightly more experimental version of blur (of course the singer is the same person, so that would sound similar)

There are quite a few stylistic similarities to some of Radiohead's work, especially if you listen to the non-radio Gorillaz tracks.
