What is the task Winktcw?

Something is causing hard disks to be accessed all the time. Task Manager says Winktcw is using 100% of CPU time about 1/3 of the time or more. Its unkillable. Is this some kind of virus or did my kids enable file indexing or something like that? Winktcw also appears under "Services" and says it was started "automatically." The file Winktcw.exe is 87K and read-only. Here's an email link but decrease the last digit by 1
