The thing is... If it's an engineering sample, it was used for testing of some sort of another. In which it probably has an unlocked multiplier, and not necessarily a &quot;defined&quot; speed like a retail cpu would.
 
It is in fact an egineering sample 733 but most likely it can run at the highest speed that that stepping will allow ie (1 ghz for cco)and 933 for CA2 etc. BTw you shouldn't have that processor in your posession.
