What is the smallest FULL version windows device?

I was thinking of the Archos AV320 as my new toy, but if there's something out there already that's all-in-one, small and runs the full version of Windows (XP is good) I'd consider that more.

I was checking out the TabletPCs, do they make them in smaller sizes though?

sounds like someone has a dependancy problem... hmmm, i think some sort of Microsoft patch could have been a clever play on words here, but I couldn't figure it out and got frustrated.
