Have two sticks of edo ram and I need to find out what size they are. The chips are Toshiba TC514400ASJ. I found out it is 1,048,576 x 4 BIT DYNAMIC RAM chips. There are 8 chips on each side of each stick. So, how big is each stick?

1,048,576 x 4 BIT = 4 Mbit per chip = 0.5 MB per chip. 8 chips on each side = 4MB per side. 2 sides = 8MB per stick. Got that? 🙂
