bubble mailer, usps first class/media mail

media mail will cost you 1.13, first class will cost you 1.38 tops depending on how heavy your cd is

Netflix ships DVDs in a sleeve inside an envelope.

No padding, & I'm sure it's cheap.

I'm sure they get bulk mail rates, but you should be able to get it for about $1.00-$1.50.

I was thinking of just cutting out two squares of cardboard from boxes I got laying around and sandwiching the CD inbetween. And yeah, Media Mail should be cheapest...do they have size standards?

Bubble mailer for sure. If it's software thats worth something, insure it.

y'know 50 cents for a bubble mailer isn't gonna break the bank ;)

but that cardboard method would work, albiet require more effort
