What is the safest low-wattage PSU?

I want it to survive nuclear fallout and magnetic suns storms. I assume a PSU with the highest count of protections is something I should be looking for?
 
Gone are the days of PSU exploding left and right. They normally just shut down themselves if something bad happens.

I don't know about the vendors but I actually enjoyed the days of hardware malfunctioning in a hazard way, melting CPUs, etc 😀

I think... even the cheap PSUs these days, are pretty safe to operate. Well unless somebody uses HARP or other electro-magnetic weapon ;-)

P.S. Just keep one for spares.
