What is the rule on starting a thread?

I started a thread on a game called Dues Ex Human Revolution and it was closed because there was a thread already. That thread, like most reviews, are calling this game a masterpiece.
My thread called the game a piece of crap. You know, if I could have read more negative views about this crap game I would never have wasted my money on it. So I start a thread about the negatives of this game, and it turns out lots of people agree with me.

So what is the RULE HERE. One thread per game or what?
