what is the Resource Moniter monitering?

Dont use it that takes up more memory than most of your applications thats waht it monitor is your memory.

ok, so whats the difference between User Resources, System Resources and GDI Resources?

System is howmuch resources you have used up the more apps and combination of uptime your computer is on the lower they are the user resources is how much memory is currently free for usage and not sure on GDI.
