What is the proper way to install a temp probe on 939 athlon 64?

Hi,

has anyone here successfully installed a temp probe on a socket 939 processor? I can't find any instructions on the web. Would a temp probe give me more accurate CPU temps?
 
No it wouldn't. Also you cannot put a probe as close because you cannot put it in between the HS and the Core because you lose contact. Just leave it or stick it in one of the holes in the HS. Either way the BIOS will give you the most accurate reading.
