what is the proper way/strings to use with SECEDIT.EXE for immediate policy updates?

I can't seem to figure out how to use the strings properly with that command to make it work. Sometimes I setup Group Policies and I'd like it to take effect immediately rather than having to wait or reboot my system. Anybody know how to do this?

Thx.

Yeah use the following:

SECEDIT /REFRESHPOLICY machine_policy /REFRESHPOLICY user_policy /ENFORCE

You could just type:

SECEDIT /?

and that will bring up the HELP file for SECEDIT.
