Question What is the problem with the display in Laptop?

Looks a strange display problem. Software or hardware issues can cause it.

Go to Settings and change the display resolution to a lower value and check the display.

If the display issue gone, graphics card might be the issue.

Or boot your laptop with another OS (like a puppy linux or any similar usb booting OS) and check if the display has the same problem.
