What is the outershell of a 260 GTX made of?

Should be fine. The cooler should have no electricity going through it and plastic is not a ground so....

I found the GTX 580 prototype, McGyver is the new pyrotechnician over at NVIDIA (you couldn't even fry eggs on the old GTX 480 !)
