Well today I moved everything to a P180B I got yesterday and its a PITA for cable mangement but o well. I had to extend my 12v and atx cable. Anyway, my VF-700cu has been kind of pissing me off, my gpu is idling in the mid 50s and loading mid 60s-70s. I lapped the base today with a peice of granite so i know its flat. I have also taken the 80mm out and stuck a 92 on top of it. But it sill get warm. any sugestions on what I should do?

That is perfectly normal for your video card, you know, especially when you consider the quiet PC aspect... and how much power your 6800GT is leaking off... I would consider going the Artic Cooling route as that would help you actually move the hot air out of the case.
