so its the same as the 760 chipset.. but only uses DDR instead of DIMM?

Will it support the paly's also? like the KT266A will?

And is there a change a new mobo is coming that will support the 333Mzh rams also?

The AMD 760 chipset uses the AMD 761 North Bridge and the VIA 686B Southbridge. It supports PC1600/PC2100 DDR 184-Pin DIMM's. AMD 760MP uses AMD 762 North Bridge and AMD 766 South, and Supports PC1600/PC2100 and Dual Athlon Processors. Yes if the motherboard supports Palomino, 760(MP) does support it. No, AMD 760(MP) will not support PC2700 DDR.

Actually, 761 is a subset of 760 chipset. It's actually the system controller section of the 760. It can also be paired using the south bridge Via 686B. Most 760 nowadays uses this combination. A 761 system controller and a Via 686B southbridge. A reference 760 Chipset actually uses either the 765 or 766 Southbridge. Check this link for info. AMD 760

Yeah, but the bottom line is that there is not one 760 board that doesn't use 761+686B.
